High-precision Double-sided Grinding Machine

Applications:

It is mainly suitable for double-sided grinding and polishing of ultrahigh precision parts, as well as high-flatness and high-parallelism double-sided precision grinding and polishing of optical crystal material, silicon wafer, gallium arsenide wafers, blade, metal elements, quartz and other hard and brittle materials.

Features:

1. German FESTO pneumatic elements are available for sectioned precision pressured control, and can meet technical requirements of coarse grinding, intermediate grinding, accurate grinding and precision polishing.

2. The grinding machine enjoys an operation process embracing four-section pressures as light pressure, intermediate pressure, heavy pressure and finish grinding.

3. Only one handle can lift the upper grinding disc up and down quickly or slowly, making operation more convenient.

Principle:

The grinding machine is an ultrahigh precision grinding device, in which upper grinding disc and lower grinding disc rotate to opposite directions, and workpiece in carrier makes planetary movement at revolution and rotation. It has small grinding resistance against workpiece, uniform grinding on two sides and high production efficiency.
